Romania Will Amend Corporate Governance Law To Speed Up Appointment Of Private Managers

Romania’s Government wants to amend the corporate governance law so professional managers at state-owned companies will be appointed within at most nine months, as well as set a list of three companies to be exempted from the law on defense, public order and national security grounds.
