Romanian PM Counts Failure, Fulfillments Five Years After Country’s EU Accession

Once it joined the European Union, Romania ensured freedom of movement for its citizens and strengthened its rule of law, but also experienced disappointment, such as its low fund absorption rate or the work ban still applied to Romanians by several EU states, Prime Minister Emil Boc said Thursday.
