Tabara: Romania Can Grow 150,000 Ha Of Sugar Beet, From 20,000 Ha Currently

Romania can cultivate 150,000 hectares of sugar beet, compared to only 20,000 ha currently, and production will be encouraged in coming years by the use of sugar beet in making ethanol, Minister Valeriu Tabara said Thursday in the seminar Mediafax Talks about Agriculture.
