Romania's new Cabinet, led by Mihai Razvan Ungureanu, on Wednesday presented its governing program, which includes elements of the previous Cabinet's program related to consolidating economic stability and "providing Romanians with the standard of living they deserve," in the words of former prime minister Emil Boc.
