Voinea: Expenses Budgeted For EU-Funded Programs Reach Less Than Half The 1H Target

Romania’s minister delegate for Budget Liviu Voinea said the expenses budgeted for the programs financed from European Union funds reached less than half the target set for the first half of 2014, while revenue from EU funds were also below the first-half target.
