Top-20 Largest Employers Count Four Times More Layoffs Than Hires In 2011

The top-20 largest employers in Romania have counted a total of 23,000 layoffs and only 6,000 new hires in 2011, according to the data extracted from the Trade Registry and Finance Ministry.
