25% Of Auto Liability Insurance Claim Settlement Goes To Moral Damages

Insurance companies settled claims for moral damages and personal injury under auto liability policies (RCA) worth 134 million lei (EUR30.5 million) in the first three months of 2014, or 25% of the total payments made for mandatory car insurance policies, according to the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF).
