Agricover Head: Romanian Farmers Sell Crops At Low Prices Despite Soaring Farm Output In 2013

Romanian farmers are selling crops at prices much lower compared to 2012, and even 40% lower for cereal and corn, although the country’s farming output has seen strong growth in 2013, when the yield per hectare even doubled, said Robert Rekkers, CEO of Romanian agribusiness group Agricover.
