Appeals Court Ruling Prolongs Merger Between Banca Carpatica And Patria Bank

The implementation of the merger process between Banca Comerciala Carpatica (BCC.RO) and Patria Bank, which received the central bank’s approval on November 29, 2016, will be prolonged after a ruling of the Bucharest Appeals Court, as per an announcement by Banca Carpatica published on Friday on the website of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
