Astra Asigurari Majority Shareholder Mulls Suing Romanian State

TNG, the majority shareholder of insurance company Astra Asigurari, wants to sue the Romanian state at an international investment court for violating its rights in accordance with several bilateral investment treaties, Alexandru Adamescu, the son of Astra owner, Dan Adamescu, said on Wednesday.
