Banca Transilvania Raises EUR500M Via Subordinated Bond Issuance

Banca Transilvania (stock symbol: TLV), the largest bank in Romania by assets, raised EUR500 million on international markets through a subordinated bond issuance that attracted strong investor demand, with orders reaching nearly EUR2 billion, the lender said in a report sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange on Thursday evening (Sept 24).
