Bancpost And Banca Romaneasca Forgo Merger Plans

Bancpost and Banca Romaneasca, which were set to merge into a bank with EUR4 billion assets ranking 7th on the Romanian market, will remain two separate entities for the time being after the merger between the two parent groups, Eurobank and NBG, was suspended.
