BCR Leasing Wants To Hike Share Capital By Nearly EUR9M

The shareholders of BCR Leasing will meet on December 24 for talks on increasing the company’s share capital by 40.64 million lei (EUR8.97 million), to nearly RON90.8 million (EUR20 million).
