BCR Sells 617,900 Shares In Regional Investment Fund SIF Oltenia

Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR), a unit of Austria’s Erste Group Bank (EBS.RO), sold 617,913 shares in regional investment fund SIF5 Oltenia (SIF5.RO) on July 12, for an average price of RON1.62 per share.
