Businessman Closes Down BRCI Units Except For Bucharest, Mulls Bank Sale

Romanian businessman Dorinel Umbrarescu, owner of Banca Romana de Credite si Investitii, or BRCI, has decided to close down the six units of the bank in the country, except for the two units in Bucharest, by March 30.
