Clifford Chance's team of lawyers specialized in Project Finance, coordinated from Bucharest, has advised lenders UniCredit Bank SA and Garanti BBVA, respectively UniCredit SpA as Facility Agent and Sustainability Agent, on the signing of a loan agreement of up to EUR60 million with DRI, the EU renewables arm of DTEK energy group.
