EximBank Buys Banca Romaneasca

EximBank and National Bank of Greece have signed an agreement to acquire a 99.28% stake in Banca Romaneasca. Following the transaction, EximBank is to operate, for the first time, on the retail banking segment in Romania, thus, becoming a universal bank, according to a press statement sent to MEDIAFAX.
