Eximbank Shareholders To Discuss Change Of Managing Board

Eximbank’s general meeting of shareholders is to discuss the appointment of a new top management team during its meeting on Thursday at noon. The nominees backed by the Finance Ministry, the majority shareholder, are Traian Halalai for president, Paul Ichim and Mihai Mandres for vice-presidents.
