Farmers Can Take Out Loans From ProCredit Bank Until They Receive Subsidies

Romanian farmers receiving subsidies for 2012 from the agriculture support agency APIA can take out loans from ProCredit Bank starting October and pay back the money when they receive the last tranches of subsidies, until September 30, 2013.
