Foreign Portfolio Investments Down To 17% Of Romania’s Domestic Public Debt

The foreign portfolio investment in Romanian government paper fell to 21.2 billion lei (EUR4.7 billion) towards the end of last year and non-residents’ share of domestic public debt fell to 16.8% in late November from 18.3% at the end of October, the highest monthly decline of 2016, according to the latest available Finance Ministry statistics.
