Garanti Bank Romania To Merge With Garanti Mortgage

Garanti Bank and Garanti Mortgage (Domenia Credit IFN SA) Wednesday announced that they started formal procedures for the merger of the two companies in Romania, which is expected to be completed by the end of this year, following the central bank’s approval and completion of all legal requirements.
