IFC Romania: No Local Bank Wants To Hand Its Toxic Assets Over To Us

International Finance Corporation, the investment division of the World Bank, has shown its willingness to help banks process non-performing loans and invested in funds that restructure such loans, but so far no Romanian bank has accessed the IFC program that takes over toxic assets.
