Insurance Pool PAID To Pay Damages Of EUR190M In Case Of Major Earthquake

An earthquake similar to the 7.2 magnitude quake on March 4, 1977 in Romania would lead to 30,520 damage claims for insurance policies issued by the Romanian Pool of Insurance Against Natural Disasters (PAID), reaching nearly EUR190 million, PAID general manager Marius Bulugea said Thursday.
