Intesa Sanpaolo Has New CFO, CLO In Romania

Italian group Intesa Sanpaolo named Stefano Borsari and Paolo Trifilleti as chief financial officer and chief lending officer, respectively, after the bank received the authorization from the Romanian central bank.
