Leu’s Depreciation Caused By Speculative Pressure, Euro Zone Problems - ING Bank Official

The depreciation of the Romanian currency is mainly speculative, unlike in 2008, when capital outflows were legitimate, and the central bank will no longer transfer pressure onto the monetary market and increase interest rates, Misu Negritoiu, general manager of ING Bank Romania, said Sunday.
