Losses Of Commercial Banks And Central Bank Strongly Affect Romania’s Budget Revenues

The Romanian state collected only 15.7 million lei from banks in the first nine months of this year as earnings tax (tax on profit), 18 times less than in the similar period of 2012, and central bank BNR became loss-making, according to data provided by Romanian fiscal authority ANAF at ZF’s request.
