Marfin Bank Secures Competition Derogation On Bank Of Cyprus Deposits

Romania’s antitrust authority Friday said it has approved a derogation for Marfin Bank Romania which allows the latter to gain control of the local operations of Bank of Cyprus before obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals.
