NBFIs Doubled Profit In H1

Non-bank financial institutions (NBFI), a segment that includes consumer finance and leasing companies, posted about 300 million lei (EUR68 million) aggregate profit in the first half, double the year-ago level, according to the annual financial stability report of Romania's central bank.
