NBFIs Raked In More Profit Than Banks In Romania In 2013

The 50 largest non-banking financial institutions (NBFI), largely consumer lending companies, in 2013 reported overall profit worth 144 million lei (EUR33 million) amid revenue of RON2.9 billion (EUR650 million) and a number of 2,800 employees. The average profit margin goes even as high as 60% individually.
