Omniasig Valued At EUR230M Before Merger With BCR Asigurari

Romanian insurer Omniasig has been valued at 996.22 million lei (about EUR230 million) before merger with BCR Asigurari, the absorbing company, according to the merger plan published in the Official Journal.
