OTP Bank, Merkantil Bank Zrt Boost OTP Leasing Romania’s Share Capital By RON5.5M

OTP Leasing Romania increased its share capital by RON5.52 million, through cash contribution, with OTP Bank Romania participating in the operation with RON3.3 million, and Merkantil Bank Zrt with RON2.2 million, depending on the participation quota of each shareholder.
