Private Equity Funds Contest Romanian Bill Restricting Pension Fund Investments

Romania’s private pension system administrator CSSPP wants to forbid mandatory private pension fund administrators to invest in private equity funds, and the measure will impede investments in the real economy, according to South Eastern Europe’s Private Equity Association (SEEPEA).
