RCS&RDS Takes Up To EUR25M Loan From Citibank For Radio Spectrum Auction

RCS&RDS SA, one of the largest telecom operators in Romania, controlled by businessman Zoltan Teszari in Oradea, took out on August 9 a maximum EUR25 million loan from Citibank Romania, according to a document published on the Electronic Archive of Real Securities.
