Romania Central Bank OKs Credit Agricole's Takeover Of Emporiki Bank

Romania's central bank has approved the acquisition of Emporiki Bank's local subsidiary by French group Credit Agricole, with the bank's name to be changed to Credit Agricole Bank Romania by the end of August.
