Romania Seeks EUR35M World Bank Loan to Build Highway

Romania's government on Wednesday adopted a memorandum agreeing to seek a World Bank loan of up to EUR35 million to fund preliminary activities for the construction of a highway section to Brasov, in the central part of the country.
