SocGen And Erste Collect EUR1.1M Fee After Romania's EUR1.5B Bond Issue

Societe Generale and Erste Group, the two banks hired as lead managers of the EUR1.5 billion bond issue launched by Romania a week ago on international markets, collected a fee of 0.075% of the deal value from the Finance Ministry, namely EUR1.125 million.
