UniCredit Moves Ahead With Alpha Bank Romania Acquisition

The acquisition of Alpha Bank Romania is going well, the due diligence was fine and nothing to change the course of this deal was found, Teodora Petkova, UniCredit’s global head for Central and Eastern Europe, said at the Euromoney conference in Vienna on Tuesday.
