UniCredit: No Need For Full Ownership At Romanian Unit

Italian lender UniCredit is not planning any changes in the shareholding structure at UniCredit Tiriac Bank, where Romanian businessman Ion Tiriac holds 45%, UniCredit general manager Roberto Nicastro told reporters Monday.
