UniCredit Tiriac Bank Becomes UniCredit Bank After Tiriac’s Exit From Shareholding Structure

UniCredit Tiriac Bank is changing its name into UniCredit Bank Tuesday, after UniCredit Bank Austria had bought 45% of UniCredit Tiriac Bank SA from Tiriac Holdings, controlled by Romanian businessman Ion Tiriac, and raised its stake in the bank to 95.6%.
