Why Is No Top 10 Bank In Romania Run By A Woman?

None of the top 10 banks in Romania are run by a woman, although more than two thirds of employees in the financial services sector are women, according to a ZF analysis. In the entire banking system, made up of 41 banks, there is only one woman at the top.
