AROBS Sells 100% In AROBS Polska To Poland’s WB Electronics

AROBS Transilvania Software (AROBS.RO) has sold its entire stake in AROBS Polska to Poland’s WB Electronics Group. To be able to sell 100% in the subsidiary, AROBS had previously bought 5.66% in AROBS Polska held by a minority shareholder, it said in a report to the Bucharest Stock Exchange on Thursday. It did not reveal how much it got for AROBS Polska.
