ASF Asks SIF Muntenia, SIF Banat-Crisana To Launch Takeover Bid For Biofarm

The Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) asked regional investment funds SIF Muntenia (SIF4.RO) and SIF Banat-Crisana (SIF1.RO) to launch a takeover bid for pharmaceutical producer Biofarm (BIO.RO) in 15 days, claiming that the two companies are acting in concert.
