Romania’s Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) has approved the listing of private healthcare provider Medlife on the Bucharest Stock Exchange through the sale of 8.8 million shares by private equity fund V4C Eastern Europe Holfing and International Finance Corporation (IFC), member of World Bank.
