Certinvest Wants To Raise EUR5M On Stock Market To Fund SMEs

Asset manager Certinvest, the largest independent investment fund manager in Romania, plans to raise EUR5 million via an investment firm listed on the stock market and use the money to finance small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the healthcare, agriculture, green energy and IT sectors.
