The Bucharest Stock Exchange needs to understand the reasons why local companies with foreign shareholders choose to migrate to a foreign market and the fact that investment fund Fondul Proprietatea (FP.RO) is considering a second listing on the Warsaw stock exchange is a good lesson, says Dorin Badea, president of financial analysts association CFA Romania.
