CNVM Caps Voting Rights For 8 Minor Holders In SIF Oltenia

Romania’s securities commission Tuesday said it has limited to 5% the voting rights of eight minor shareholders in regional investment fund SIF Oltenia (SIF5.RO) after the stockholders exceeded the maximum admitted threshold.
