COMCM Constanta Expects RON2.1M Net Profit In 2011

Romanian construction materials maker COMCM Constanta (CMCM.RO) Wednesday said it expects a net profit of 2.1 million lei (some EUR0.5 million) this year, from a loss of RON3.2 million in 2010.

Romanian construction materials maker COMCM Constanta (CMCM.RO) Wednesday said it expects a net profit of 2.1 million lei (some EUR0.5 million) this year, from a loss of RON3.2 million in 2010.

Revenue should increase slightly to RON34.42 million, while expenditure is expected to drop 17.2% on the year, at RON32.28 million, according to the company's budget for 2011, approved Tuesday by its stockholders. The company plans to invest EUR2.78 million this year.

COMCM has a share capital of RON23.6 million, divided into 236.3 million shares with a face value of RON0.1.

The company is 56.72% owned by regional investment fund SIF Transilvania (SIF3.RO), while Constantin Fratila holds 32.7%.

COMCM shares were last traded on April 7, at RON0.3095, up 3.1% on the day. (EUR1=RON4.0767)
