Economy Ministry Hires Broker For Transelectrica Public Offering

Romanian Economy Ministry will hire a consortium made of investment companies BCR, Intercapital Invest and Swiss Capital to help with a secondary offering of 15% in state-run power grid operator Transelectrica (TEL.RO), the ministry said Wednesday.
