Electrica IPO Not Imposed From Outside - Energy Privatizations Chief

The initial public offering of Romanian energy company Electrica SA was not imposed from outside; the government wanted to offer a sign of restructuring for the Romanian economy, Gabriel Dumitrascu, head of the privatization division with the Department for Energy, stated Friday.
