Erste Analysts Explain Why Petrom Stocks Are Not Rising

Growth perspectives for the shares of Romania’s largest oil and gas producer OMV Petrom (SNP.RO) are limited because investment fund Fondul Proprietatea and the Romanian state, the company’s two biggest minority shareholders, can put up for sale significant stakes in the company at any time, according to Erste analysts.
